Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. I hold NSW Contractors Licence 235655C and ACRS Master Cabler Registration A034077, and I carry full insurance. Always ask any electrician for these before work starts.
Which suburbs do you service?
I am based in Maroubra and work across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, including Randwick, Coogee, Kingsford, Mascot, Botany, Paddington, Rose Bay and the surrounding areas.
How does pricing work?
I talk through the job and what it involves before I start, so you know the cost up front. For larger work, request an estimate and I'll give you a clear breakdown rather than a vague ballpark. Fixed quotes aren't always possible. Until the work opens up, hidden issues can change the materials and labour involved. A light fixture upgrade is a common example - what looks straightforward can take longer once fittings or enclosures turn out to be rusted or glued in place.
Do you handle commercial work?
Yes. I handle power point and phone point installation, lighting, data cabling, compliance inspections and rewiring for shops, offices and small business premises.
Will you send someone else to do the work?
No. You deal directly with me. There are no subcontractors and no unsupervised apprentices sent in my place.
